— Pastors Johnnie & Jamee Wilson, Lead Pastors
The Best is Yet to Come.
Founded in 1975, Faith began as a church serving 95 people from a small steel building on Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Florida. From the start, we've always been a dynamic, multi-cultural, Spirit-led church under the covering of the Assemblies of God.
Under the leadership of Pastors Carl and Alice Stephens, Faith continued to grow over the next several decades. Today, Faith reaches around 6,000 people weekly, with thriving ministries for kids, youth, and adults across multiple campuses.
In January 2022, after 25 faithful years of youth ministry at Faith, Pastors Johnnie and Jamee Wilson were unanimously elected in as Lead Pastors. Our mission has always been the same: to help people encounter Jesus.
Four questions shape everything Faith does as a church.
We exist to help people encounter Jesus — baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Walk in humility. Act with compassion. We live out our faith together in everyday, authentic ways.
We help people connect with God and other believers, growing in community and serving the lost locally and globally.
By being prayer-fueled, practicing intentional discipleship, and creating Spirit-filled experiences in every part of our church.
"Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you."
Matthew 28:19-20 (NLT) · Galatians 5:25 (NLT)

How long have you been attending, and what keeps you coming back?
Or do you just know about God? What's the difference to you?
Have you ever felt like you struggled to fit in at Faith? Could you make a more significant impact?
Each Starting Point session is intentionally crafted to unpack your unique design as a believer — to help you explore all the ways you can grow in your faith.
We encourage 20 minutes daily — prayer followed by time in God's Word.
Pray for yourself — that God would intervene in your situation and transform you.
Pray for others. Intercede on behalf of your family, friends, and the lost.
Focus on God's character, giving praise for His role in your life.
Reflect by giving thanks to God for all He has done for you and your family.
Pray for your future. Ask God what He wants you to do and where He wants you to go.
"And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice — the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think."
This question is for you and doesn't need to be shared with the table.
Consider: the depth of your relationship, the frequency of your devotional times, the closeness to your relationship, or how much time you spend praying and reading God's Word.
Journal your prayers for this week using the Inward · Outward · Upward · Backward · Forward framework.
Buy food or coffee for someone in line and let them know that God loves them.
Reflection Question: What is something that God is asking you to let go of?
"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."
"Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble."
People nearest you physically — those in your immediate world, day in and day out.
People with whom you share values or interests — your chosen tribe of encouragers.
People who support and are supported by you — mutual care, accountability, and love.
The early church modeled four pillars of genuine community that Faith still follows today.
Through the apostle's teachings, the body grows in truth — the foundation of everything we do.
The mutual investment we have in one another. We are each threads woven together by God for the purpose of His glory.
Not only eating together, but sharing in Communion and the remembrance of Christ together.
Praying together to see God's will be done — individually and as a community of faith.
"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."
"Don't just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honoring each other."
"Don't just pretend to love others. Really love them… Love each other with genuine affection… When God's people are in need, be ready to help them. Always be eager to practice hospitality."
Buy food or coffee for someone in line and let them know that God loves them.
Reflection Question: What are some things you can do to intentionally show the love of Jesus to your family and friends?
Rank each option 1–5. 5 = MOST like you · 1 = LEAST like you.
Tally up the scores for each row. The row with the HIGHEST number reflects which area of volunteering best fits you. Based on your answers, take a look at where your results landed — that's your design type.
"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them."
Each of us is wired differently — and that's by design. Discover where you fit.
You cast vision, mobilize others, and create pathways for teams to reach their potential. Leadership flows naturally from you.
Your heart lights up when someone is in need. You notice gaps and step in to serve — no spotlight required.
You're passionate about discipling young people — from elementary kids to high school students. The future excites you.
You thrive in storytelling, art, music, technology, or film. You love creating environments where people encounter God.
You make people feel seen and welcomed the moment they walk in. First impressions and hospitality are your gift.
"There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord."
"I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some. I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings."
Read the Bible. Discover what God is saying by actively reading His Word.

No task is beneath us. We serve with a posture that places others above ourselves.
We are Spirit-dependent and genuinely caring — serving people with our whole heart, not just going through the motions.
No ministry role is too small. We embrace every opportunity to serve with joy and gratitude.
We are dependent on the Holy Spirit to be successful. We give our best — and we are grateful, not serving out of obligation or duty.
To help others encounter Jesus.
"And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."
"In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well… If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously."
Ask a friend or family member what they need prayer for — and pray with them.
Reflection Question: Are you willing to obey God by doing something that is difficult or uncomfortable for you to do?
"The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives."
"For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace."
God's greatest desire is for you to know Him more deeply — in prayer, in His Word, in everyday moments.
You weren't meant to walk this out alone. God designed the church to be a family that carries each other.
God willingly pours out His comfort on you. He wants you to experience His peace in every season.
The mission doesn't stop with you — you are called to reach others with the Gospel.
You are sent to expand God's Kingdom locally and globally — every gift, every role, every act of service matters.
There's a place for you here. Here's how to take your next step.
